Beware of this company - i have ordered $400 worth of language chips from them and recieved nothing. They have now stopped repling to my emails. They have stolen my money and i want to warn other not to trust them. STAY AWAY - you can get pimsleur chips from other sites - don't waste your money. BEWARE - DO NOT TRUST THE ULTIMATE LANGUAGE STORE OR USEDPIMSLEUR.COM

I bought three used Pimsleur language sets in December 2007. I returned them in September 2008, as per the buyback offer. After three months and numerous emails, Used Pimsleur gave me the refund for *one* set only. As of April 2009, they have not returned my emails, nor given me the additional refund. They did not live up to their refund promise. Update: I complained to the Better Business Bureau. The company refunded the rest of my money.
